Jansen Region Real Estate Market Update: June 2026

The Jansen Region real estate market moved at a steadier pace in June 2026, with sales, new listings, and inventory all down compared to last year. Even with softer monthly activity, the market remains much tighter than long-term averages, which continues to support pricing across the region.

In June, the Jansen Region recorded 28 residential sales, down 17.6% year-over-year. Sales were also 16.2% below the 10-year average for the month. While this points to a slower June compared to recent years, year-to-date sales remain flat compared to 2025, showing that overall demand has held up through the first half of the year.

Humboldt Real Estate Market Update: June 2026

The Humboldt real estate market continued to show the same theme we have seen throughout much of 2026: fewer listings, limited inventory, and steady price growth. While June sales were lower than last year, year-to-date activity remains slightly ahead of 2025, and pricing continues to move upward.

In June 2026, Humboldt recorded 10 residential sales, down 28.6% year over year and 9.9% below the 10-year average for the month. On the surface, that looks like a slower month, but the year-to-date numbers tell a more balanced story. Through the end of June, Humboldt had 56 residential sales, up 5.7% year over year and slightly above the 10-year average.
